Every Friday we join with Miss Miller and our friends in Room 7 for Discovery Time. This is where we get to choose our own activities to do. While we are playing and discovering, we learn about and practise the Key Competencies and Values that Wainui Beach School believes in.
The Key Competencies are:
- Managing Self
- Participating and Contributing
- Thinking
- Relating to Others
- Using Symbols, Signs and Text
Our Values are: Respect and Responsibility
